REFUND POLICY

The Policy on Refund issues

    Dogetlawyer.com [D Huda Tech UK Limited, D Huda Tech UK CA Limited and its subsidiaries] always prioritize the customer’s view. The Plan or subscription fees can only be refunded; after informing the support team of it and that support team does the investigation and find circumstances like:
  • a) the Plan and the free products ( T & C Applicable) not issued or cancelled due to inevitable reasons or some other problems;

  • b) the issued quality of the service is inferior in terms of the reasonable standard and warranty period (if applicable);

  • c) if there is a situation where the subject matter /service Providers are destroyed due to the act of God, and the service provider has no choice but to provide the service.

  • d) For a monthly subscription, please request a refund within 3 days.

  • e) For an annual subscription, please request a refund within 7 days.

  • f) For any Custom Order or custom Add-ons, although there will be no refund, you can raise a ticket if you think it falls under "Special Circumstances."

  • g) At this moment, “For lawyers or chambers, "on-demand" subscriptions now cost $1. Therefore, before we begin serving the user's practicing area [to that particular Bar: if the lawyer (not relevant to registration as an LLP company, known as a chamber) is enrolled in the "New York State Bar Association," then when we will begin serving the clients of that area], the user may request a refund, like other plans, the user's refund claim is valid for a period of 7 business days. Therefore, the User will have to pay $199 for the entire year if they decide after 7 days that it is not beneficial to them. “On-demand” is not available with the monthly plans. Also, the user will lose the “Refund claim” option with immediate effect, once the user will start the *"De-escalation" Course. For more info write to support, we will love to listen form you.

  • h) Additionally, the client account is free "for all types of general clients," and the customer continues free indefinitely under Chambers. The client is only required to pay when they subscribe to “On-Demand” Tele-legal, which is currently not available. Otherwise, regular chamber management and "Tele-legal Only" are provided free of charge. However, if there are any issues, do open a ticket about it, please.

  • i) Aside from expressing a complaint by email, the user must also file a ticket via "Contact Us" on the dashboard, since "Support Team [Ticket]" will take care of any refunds.

  • In such above-stated situations, the consideration of the refund is a matter of the Registered User’s right to have the Service Feedback partially or fully.

BILLING

    Chamber Admin can download invoices from Dashboard then Billing option. It can take up to 24 hours for invoices to generate. Also the chamber admin can ask us.

Custom Domain Billing

    Please open a ticket if the user would like to receive the same "SaaS" or "non-SaaS" website under their own domain or under the name of their chamber. However as these are custom orders, there won't be a refund—refunds will only be given in the event that there is no delivery.

Custom Add-Ons

    There will be No refund for Custom Add-Ons.

CHANGE THE PLAN

    From the Plan section, select your new plan of choice and make the necessary payment. Additionally, the previous price will be subtracted based on usage; for example, if a user purchases a plan on January 10 and decides to change it on February 1, user would receive a refund to their source account for the remaining cost. Please raise your ticket through the dashboard by clicking "Contact Us" at the top if you run into any problems.

Unable to Renew or Failed to Pay on time

    Before you unsubscribe from the Platform or all its subsidiaries, free services and lose access [as per plan] to your account, export your business, social profile Data or all data; for other instances, Downgrade to a Free plan or simply write to us through Dashboard's "Contact us"-Support Ticket or email us within 7 business days before the date of expiry of your plan.
